Covid vaccination update
Covid vaccination information (Public Health Wales) - Please DO NOT contact the surgery about this. If you are still to receive your first Covid vaccination, or due your second Covid vaccination, information on the North Wales COVID-19 Vaccination Programme, including answers to Frequently Asked Questions, can be found here: Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board (website) – COVID-19 Vaccination Information. It includes information about an online booking form.
If you are an adult and due your Covid BOOSTER vaccination (i.e. at least 3 months has elapsed since your 2nd Covid vaccination), our surgery will be running a drop-in clinic for its patients on Saturday 18th December, between 9.00am and 4.00pm. There is no need to book an appointment for this. Please accept our apologies if things don't go as smoothly as usual, but we have had to organise this clinic at very short notice. Thank you.
Proof of Covid vaccination status when travelling abroad
