It has come to our attention that the ‘My Health Online’ website is not fully compatible with Internet Explorer 11. If you enter your details incorrectly, the reCaptcha box will appear for verification; however, you cannot place a tick the box to allow you to login.

If you experience problems logging into ‘My Health Online’,please use another internet browser, such as Chrome or Firefox to access the website.

 

 

Patients with minor injuries should attend one of the units detailed below between the opening hours specified.
